If I can give lower rating I would first walked in the worker who was there on 8/21/22 she let someone steal right in front of her was a friend of hers she walked in picked out a belly ring or something then walked right out without paying and said bye to her by name so she knows the lady then when I was the only customer there she still avoided helping then two other customers walked in she helped them instead and another customer had to point out how I was there first waiting on her who wreaked of weed and asked her where the shisha was and she asked me what that even was I had to explain it's for hookah and for someone who works in a smoke shop you'd think they know what all their items are then all she did was point it out knowing it's in a locked case so I can't just grab it and then continued to pay attention to other customers when I clearly needed her to unlock it waited for a while then chose to just leave because that's ridiculous I was the first one and yet she just avoided it all such shitty customer service lady had no idea what the hell she was doing she couldn't even get the computer on to get the security on just seemed completely clueless about her surroundings truly hope she's not the manager or owner because that's ridiculous and I don't know if they were out of stock of Shisha but in pictures it shows they had a lot but there was one kinda and only two containers of it ridiculous.
