They will not exchange defective items, They sold me a defective vape. They explained to me they couldn't do anything for me. It's very upsetting because i come here as a loyal customer and today they let me down. Very bad for business, just be careful with their vapes as they have either replicas or old product. Mind you he gave me $2 off a no name brand vape which i was left with no choice cause he already tossed my defective vape in the trash. I really thought he was going to just exchange it but he already charged me $20. Very disappointing. I would suggest going to a legit vape shop or even another smoke shop until they fix their customer service.
