I have been going to this store for years (Since 1998) I'm from cranberry and I use to make this journey anytime I needed a new piece. Went for a rig last week and Brad piper was one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever encountered. It was like I was bothering him. On his phone completely ignoring us, I promptly left and discovered glass gone wild in Cranberry. If you need rig supplies don't waste your time with the pipers, They are a joke!!!!
