Wow! Under any circumstances should any one go here especially if you are coming from afar. Spoke with someone from the Miller crossing location who advised me to visit this spot. Says " tell em to give you the discount"... come here ask for what I want and told them the situation. The sales person Mike said no discount. I kindly asked if he could confirm that with someone from Miller crossing to make sure. Didn't... Called myself and the owner Mike says " give the discount with college id". Didn't bring freakin id. Absolutely unprofessional service. The owner Mike asked if I was mentally ok!!!! WTF!!! I never leave bad reviews but this place by far has the rudest customer service I've experienced since moving here. Man, what a disappointment. On top of all that, I waited for a good ten minutes before being acknowledged. Granted it was busy but the guy came and left me at the counter waiting. What do you expect considering the options. At least I got to discover another part of this beautiful city. Definitely order online. It's worth the wait. Mount vapor has affordable GOOD customer service. Freakin malaka experience.
