Atrocious customer service. The man in charge clearly doesn't know how to treat women. He had little patience for his female employee, who seemed to be in training, and he was very rude when I wished to turn in some scratchers/purchase another. Hands down the worst smoke shop I've ever been to. Shit selection. No smell proof baggies. No American Spirit organic tobacco. The only reason I came here was because it is like 5 minutes away from my house and I saw they had a "CA Lottery" sign, so I figured I would re-up on tobacco. Next time however, I will just spend the extra time/money and go to my usual spot Rick Wicked's on Redondo Ave.
