Gave dude a 20 for a pen i know will break in about a week but for dude to turn me away because i had a taped bill is outrageous like save me the time going to the bank just to go get a fresh bill. I didnt want to use my cards because i have loose change id rather use than pull my wallet out. Cool store n all but customer service lowkey sucked first time in here definitely my last time smh i couldve been a loyal customer but you guys have someone working that didnt even know that banks allow you to exchange the note if more than half of the ripped original note remains. I could care less of any downvotes or bullshit comments i get I expect to come in and leave with what i came to get. my entire bill was intact so there should have been no reason for me to have been refused.
