I've always liked this place and the guys who have helped me have had good customer service. The last 3 mods I've bought from here have malfunctioned at some point and the first 2 I had gotten a month or 2 out of them so I wasn't too concerned but this last mod the stick prince tank fell apart out of nowhere within a couple days and I just bought some disposable ones but then the mod itself quit working on me within a week. I brought it back and 1 of the 2 guys working the day I bought it said he'd need a receipt and refused to cal the manager and refused to try another tank on it even though I said I'd buy it if it worked. Totally refused to do anything to help me and anytime similar issues have come up at Cvb or vapor mania I've been helped and treated right with great customer service. I'm never offered receipts or given them here and now I'm telling everyone I know not to buy mods from this place if you want to feel secure in what your buying. If you want to make it right my number is 385 420 1445 you guys know I'm in here every week buying glass or juice or a different mod sometimes several times a week. And my friends shop here too.
