Cuban Crafters refused my service dog entry into their humidor citing that they were concerned dog hairs were going to get onto the cigars. This is BS. I take my dog to many cigar retailers and never have a problem. This is the first place they told me they were concerned the dog hair was going to get on their cigars. I will never come back to Cuban Crafters again and advise people that have service dogs to steer clear of this place! Plus, refusing service dogs entry to an establishment is their right, but also discriminatory and an insult to those with disabilities, especially war veterans who suffer from them, like me.
