Great house product. Premium juice, high quality. I usually order online through their site so I'm not as familiar with their brick & mortar. I have a different shop I go to for most of my vaping needs but DH's Wild Bill, a tobacco-flavored juice, saved my life when I quit smoking after 25 years. Now, 3 years without cigarettes, I still vape Wild Bill. Only reason I didn't go 5/5 stars is they've been a bit lacking in customer service. I get my product sent through the mail & whenever I've called to ask questions, I feel I'm treated like my business isn't important to them. I wanted coils sent out, they wouldn't do it. One time I had wanted to call an order in because my internet was compromised and they wouldn't take it over the phone.
