I have spent a fair bit of money here over the years but haven't been for a little while because I kind of went on a buying spree and have been trying to burn through what I have. I got an email from them saying they were having an event for St. Patrick's Day and there was a t-shirt I wanted. (The picture said "Limited Edition Filthy Hooligan Shirts Available for Sale" -look in my pics.) So what the heck, I'll go in and get a cool shirt and maybe a cigar or two. Well, that didn't work out AT ALL. First, the people there were friendly and polite. Ok, the good part is over. I asked about the shirt and the guy kind of looked down his nose at me past the cigar he had in his mouth and said they were not for sale, they were part of the event. (Refer again to the picture.) I said oh, and asked about the "event". He showed me a couple cigars and followed me around the humidor, asked if he could help, followed me around the humidor (still holding the cigar in his mouth,) asked if I wanted suggestions, followed me around the humidor, offered to help, followed me around the humidor, followed me out the door to the front area, stood and watched me until I left. I believe the only thing that made him happy was me leaving so he could FINALLY go smoke that cigar. I suggest you do everyone a favor and just not go in so he doesn't have to wait for you to leave so he can do his thing. It is a nice shop with a good selection and friendly people. On the other hand, inmates spend their time with less supervision, so pick your poison. There are other shops you can go to and get a good selection AND be treated with respect.
