The location on Lincoln Road is alot better, however the Ocean Drive Location is really bad. The lady who was working at the register was very unfriendly and rude. She did not know anything about cigars and was watching TV, not taking care of customers (very unprofessional). Also beware, they are not properly humidifying their humidor, alot of the cigars are dry and/or cracked. When I cut my Arturo Fuente it made the same noise it makes when you step on leaves in the fall. I asked her "did you just see that" and she said "we can't control what happens at the factory". I have never had an AF where this happened, so obviously it was a lie. Wish I could give more stars. However if you need a cigar go to their other location even though it may not be as convenient.
