Went to this smoke shop August 27th to be exact, bought an elf bar when I made my purchase I was a little confused because the girl behind the counter took my elf bar out of the packaging and handed it to me, I've never had anyone to that before, anyways I went about my business about an hour later it quit working, I thought maybe it was dead so I charged it as soon as I got home....NOPE that wasn't the problem. So I called and they told me to come back the next day and get a new one, I thought Wow that's pretty cool that it was that easy, so I get my new one and same thing THEY took it out of the packaging and handed it to me. I've been using it for a while now and it tastes funny so I decided to go to my regular smoke shop and get a new one....they look completely different so after a little research I discovered this smoke shop is selling FAKE ELF BARS. The authentic packaging has a holographic sticker on it showing it's authenticity which is why the workers are giving you the elf bar OUT OF THE PACKAGING!!!! I called to inform them that I am fully aware of what they are doing and was told to leave my number for the owner to call me, so about 20 mins later the owner calls and tells me I can't get a refund...WHO THE HELL ASKED FOR A REFUND???? Not me, I'm just informing you that you could potentially be harming people by selling a fake product. Needless to say I have contacted ATF as well as the FDA and this will be taken as high as I can possibly take it until something is done
