My husband and I have been going to this smoke shop for 3 or 4 years now. We choose this location because it's close to our home. Its a clean, big, well laid out store. I have two complaints though. First, I have stopped at the other Discount Tobacco located on Rt. 48, Taylorville Rd. For the same products that I buy at my normal location( Discount Tobacco, West Pershing Rd.) the location on 48 is priced 2.00$ cheaper. My second complaint, the manager who has really dark hair( I think her name is Robin) is very unfriendly. She never smiles, she acts like its a pain to help you, and many times she has not said thank you. I am the type of person that every business I go to I always say thank you. My husband says she acts the same way with him. Whenever there is other customers I have noticed she acts very sour with them also. You would think being a manager, dealing with customers you could at least pretend you appreciate their business, especially if it wasn't for them you wouldn't have a paycheck. The owners need to send some people undercover to see how she acts, because Im sure around her boss she acts totally different. I don't like to complain but when you go in there when she is there, not the other women, she brings the store so much negativity!
