Been customer for several years, changed owners and had problem with a purchase of an exspensive item that would not charge. The owner refused to take back. Now I tried to return purchase less then 24 hours from time on receipt. I was told to send back to company (of the product I bought) So at time I was passified, until I look closely at dates and warrenty, I find out that this product was from 2012 and had NO warrenty, went to company website and the website no longer exsit. I will NOT support this business and or owner. I did not want something for free. I just wanted to exchange the product. WARNING!
