I had high hopes for this vape shop but unfortunately that was not the experience. I arrived and an employee named Rex was working, he was currently dealing with another customer but did not even acknowledge me, which truly didn't bother me at the start. Then once it was my turn I was asking questions on some affordable options for vape mods.. he showed me one set up pricing $130. I asked if there was anything differently priced and went on to tell me that every single set up is exactly the same price. Just gave off a strong vibe he had no intentions of helping me and was annoyed by my existence as a paying customer. Ultimately spent $0 and left knowing I will not be returning to any Dotcom vape locations. Needs extreme improvement of customer service skills.
