Extremely disappointed, we have been going to this shop for almost a year now without any problems, always great customer service. Recently the shop has been selling faulty product, the product being Esco bars. We have gone in multiple times to get a new one, hours, sometimes days later and they give us a new one without hesitation. Mind you this is a 35 dollar vape, so it's not some stupid cheap vape. I get a new one today and end up getting a faulty one, went back abt 3 hours later to get a new one, because it was faulty!! Am greeted with a women who claims to be the "new store manager" and tells me "that's not how we do it anymore" not to mention before I went in, my brother did, and she was extremely rude to him. We called later, she stated she had "no one above her" so we couldn't speak to anyone else, we even asked if we could contact the owner and she refused. I even asked for a refund Atleast, of course what do u know, she refuses. We will be taking our service somewhere else, unfortunately. If an owner of some sort sees this, pls be better at choosing who you hire as store managers!!!
