Don't buy any Delta 8 or CBD products here, out of all the smoke shops I've been to in Austin for the past 4 years, all the disposable Deltas I tried from this place were the lowest quality ever. I never even heard of a Delta overflow its liquid up and out from its device, but somehow it happened to the ones I bought from here, especially a few hours after I bought the Affinity brand one. I genuinely only inhaled 3 smooth hits from the new device so I assumed it was okay when I first bought it and tested it in my car before driving away. Then later, after pressing the heat button or when trying to inhale it, I could feel the actual liquid burning my mouth and tongue and the sticky liquid was all over my lips and teeth... Then I went back (since it was less than 24 hours) to ask the staff if they could exchange it since it literally emptied itself out, but they said they couldn't do anything about it since it was all empty...and they assumed I finished it in less than a day....they didn't seem to believe me.. they didn't even let me explain myself.. especially the girl working (Hispanic complected curly hair) was all defensive and like "I didn't sell it to you"... like girl you're no help.. she was more defensive and condescending than actually helpful, and the guy with glasses literally had no idea what he was doing... when I literally showed them how sticky and gross the device was...and their "help" was suggested I just buy a new one and give me a 10% discount for it ..... so I suggested if I could to try their gummies, before officially being done with them, and they gave me a 0.75 cents discount for them (Normal Price 20$) for the "courtesy" of what happened with the disposable. When I genuinely only got 3 hits from a new device here, before it became faulty and overflowed all the sticky liquid out. SMH. Go somewhere else for CBD or Delta because it's definitely not the "quality" as they claim to be. FYI gummies aren't as good as the smoke shops in East Austin so don't bother spending your money here. So definitely 1 Star for poor service, poor quality, and crappy policies that make locals like me drive farther to a better Smoke Shop around ATX
