Hi TO whom it might concern Dear sir/madam I have bought pipe tobacco recently from Tobacco General which it was Kentucky select turkish black pipe tobacco when i got my order the tobacco was so dry i mean very dry and also was so much trash in the bag sorry to say looks like someone swept the floor n put it in bag so many pieces to wood n junk i dont even know what it was I contacted the General company their respond to me was they only a distributors and to contact the manufactures which is your company n put complain about the product so im writing u as they direct me to see how can we sole the issue i mean after all i paid to garbage or trash in a bag waste on my money and not healthy all so smoke it its enough tobacco is bad for you but not tobacco like the one i got which i always liked to use kentucky brands n i like it to be honest But sorry to say i was very disappointed and i dont want to sound like a jerk by saying i will post it on the social media is bad business for u after all but if i dont hear from u i will n i will report that to BBB i have photos also to show how bad stuff i got out of the bag and i didnt even use 40% of it Please contact me ASAP ON my email [email protected] i like to hear from u Like i said i have photos but seem like i cant put it on here I will expect to hear from u within 24 hours after that i will take actions thanks
