Sold me a puffco with a in store warranty that lasts 10 days. It broke first week. I asked for a replacement puffco or replacement atomizer and they pushed me off told me to call puffco. They didn't honor their warranty. Lost a lifelong customer I've been going here for the last 14 years religiously , over a 30 dollar piece . Workers and management were very unhelpful and unprofessional. Will never shop here again It's cheaper online anyway. Filed a claim with my bank. James the owner replied in a written statement to my bank and lied on more then three occasions. Very unprofessional In reply to the owners reply Emerald Triangle Glassworks nice try James. My bank returned the money until I provide them the police report. So stand by. There will be more. ... you can lie all you want. Your staff promised a warranty. 2 days later you wouldn't honor it. I returned you the puffco. You guys didn't give me money or a puffco back. Atleast give me the broken one back. You sir are the true scammer. I just got robbed locally and you lie to my bank and lie on Facebook when I bring it up. Good business model. Rob people. Make them out to be a liar afterwards ... I filed the police report. This won't be the last time you hear of this I promise. I'm not just going to let you rob me. Claim all the lies you want.
