My dad and husband wanted to come here to buy their first pipes and I am so glad that we chose Emerson's! The gentlemen who helped us out were both wonderful. I can't recall the name of the first man but Bill ended up helping for the latter part of the visit. We got there pretty late in the evening so they ended up having to try their pipes outside as the shop was closing up, but Bill came out and gave them one of his favorite blends on the house.
