Established in 2011 EMPIRE Smoke Shop was started by glass enthusaists who saw a major gap in the east bay for this type of store. EMPIRE is a 'Head Shop' in the truest form. In order to find a good 'Head Shop' you had to drive all the way to Haight St. in SF, or Telegraph in Berkeley. There isn't a store like this anywhere else in this area, we don't sell wizard goblets or crystal balls. We sell pipes, waterpipes, hookas, hand pipes, bubblers and much more.
