This place used to be great, the owner was Rich, and he helped you, found you your best option. Gave you the best price possible. Friendly. Now, I visited them a few weeks ago! New owners, rude, unhelpful, push you to buy semi professional expensive models, and when you ask them about the price and why it's so expensive, they get anxious and even ruder. They convinced me to buy an already opened pack, and they tested it with new batteries, it doesn't work! Probably was used and they were trying to sell it to me as new. Then they switch me to another model which has less power, less batteries and more expensive. When I protest about the higher price, they got furious. I left and bought a set elsewhere!
