I always go there for my kratom and vape juice, as well as coils. Today they just lost a customer. The 2 guys that are working there, one tall with shaggy hair, and one short guy were extremely rude to me. They yelled at me because I went in the back room to see if they had my kratom in stock, I peeked around the sign, and got yelled at like a dog. Then he just walked away, I said I need kratom and he huffed and puffed and got it for me. I told him that I was sorry, I didn't see the sign, and he was dead quiet. Very unprofessional and rude. Then I went to the other guy and asked for my usual coil for my vape, and without even looking he said we don't have them. What? They are always in stock. He was rude and didn't ask me if I needed anything else. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY LOST A WELL PAYING CUSTOMER FOREVER. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. I called a vape shop in chelan and the guy was really nice, and told me to come there, they have my coils! If you want to be treated like a dog, by all means go to evergreen smoke, but I will never again.
