It's been over a week since placed and paid for my order. There is no indication that anything has been done to get this to me. They warn of processing difficulties, but over a week is ridiculous. I have fixed income issues but managed to pay them! Now my issue is not having funds to purchase locally. I've tried calling but they're not taking phone calls due to high call volume and full voice mail box. I formally asked for a refund in an email that has yet to be answered. I will NOT use smokersoutletonline.com again. The complete breakdown to process my order in a timely manner and lack of customer service are to blame. They basically took my money knowing they couldn't fill my order in what's a reasonable amount of time.
