I only wish I could rate a zero. In my case they deceived me into believing that they actual had stock of a cigar that I ordered only to receive an email days later claiming a 12-18 month backorder on the item. REALLY?!?!!! And they STILL have the item listed online to order. Deceptive bait and switch which is illegal. Filing complaint with the state and advising my social media networks of my experience. Will keep everyone posted. What a waste of my time this experience was.
