I've been going to uhhhh shops since the 90's all across the land. I've been in Ashland for five years and needed some decent gear at a fair price. The three times I've been there they've always steered me right no matter the question, and the goods I've bought there (batteries, glass, pipe cleaners, etc. etc. have yet to fail.) I'm not sure I'd ever need to shop anywhere else.
