Was first very pleased with 1st experience with store and product. However after only my 2nd time purchasing a vape pen it stopped working after the 2nd day after purchase. Although the first pen I bought worked perfectly this one did not. And the workers in there truly tried but didn't know how to fix. And I couldn't even get an exchange nor a refund so i suggest not shopping here because their products are defective. As well as their employees being nice but pretty much no help when it comes to their products being no good.
