I used to go to this smoke shop all time. I went in almost 2 weeks ago to buy a scale when I got home and I can't even get it to stay on long enough to use it. When I brought it back to Mike (less than 30 mins after buying it) he basically tells me it worked when it left the store today and there is nothing he can do for me. He proceeded to tell me he checks every scale when shipment comes in and if they don't work he has to send them back within 24hrs. Which I find extremely hard to believe. He took down my name and number but has made zero effort to get back to me. He acts like your buddies with him and he is doing you a favor when in reality he just wants your money and couldn't care less of you leave satisfied or not. Sadly I will not be giving him my business anymore and will not recommend this place to anyone
