I purchased a limited run Pulsar Bong from Freaky's Pipes in Arvada, Co. The Bong ended up being defective. I went to Freaky's Pipes to see what they could do since they sold me a bum piece. They, like most brick-and-mortar head shops don't care if they sell you a bum piece. They still think it is 1995 and that they still have the Monopoly on the industry. I will never buy from Freaky's pipes again. Times are changing and those days are long gone. With so many companies you could buy from and MJ becoming legal, companies are going to have to start standing behind their products. So, I contacted Pulsar. And unlike most companies they stood behind their product. They replaced my bong with one of my choices in the same price range. Luke at Pulsar was very nice, helpful and he sorted me out. I don't think this is the norm for them, but they did it anyway. This is a company that has integrity, great customer service and stands behind their products. I will never buy from another company. I like to deal with companies that have excellent customer service and integrity, as well as quality products.
