So I've been a customer for some time now, and I am very impressed with the selection and quality of their products. I have to say that they do have a few "top of the line" items for a really good price. ...However, this "establishment" as a whole is far beyond unsatisfactory. Out of the 12-15 times I've been there, only twice have I been treated like a customer. Every other time, the customer service there is absolutely terrible. Who the hell talks or text on an iPhone AS they help a customer, or even have their girlfriend kick it on the display tables. Its so unprofessional when you look like your kickin it at your casa instead of running a place of business. If Fusion puts as much effort into their customer service habits as they do with their sales then maybe I would be opt to coming back. Unfortunately, Fusion can count on me never coming back nor any from of recommendation.
