I was seriously shocked by some of the reviews. Every time I've gone there the gentleman is extremely friendly and very helpful making suggestions that have been great. They do offer a discount if you buy five pens at once for $100 and never once insisted on it being cash. I wanted to try a new brand that had 2000 more puffs and he allowed me to include that as one of the five at no extra charge. I certainly wouldn't expect him to do that all the time but it was generous because of course they are trying to keep business afloat. I recommend the place to anyone local.
