We stumbled upon this store because it's a mass of confusion - is it a cannabis store? A clothing store? A tea and spice store? Or ice cream store? It's all connected. It didn't look to sell cannabis, but just lots of random paraphernalia. The tea and spice was set up. Then the had the ice cream and dippin dots. Totally strange.
