I usually go to Juana Vape every time me and my husband visit our family in Georgia, but I recently went here after Juana unfortunately didn't have the right size coils I needed. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED. I've been here one other time before last week and they DID NOT ID ME, and they were busy that time, but this time they asked for id, I was like "ok fine, I was literally here a weekend before and y'all were packed but no one including me got ID'd but fine" just saying it nonchalantly and went out to the car to get my ID. as I was walking out to get my ID the worker made a snide remark, I ignored it, and continued to walk to get my ID. Came back, and the same worker took the coil I asked for out the box, and THREW it at me and my husband. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but I left out, my mother in law saw the look on my face, asked what was wrong and went back inside asking for a business card to the place and the manager who WATCHED her own employee be rude to us gave my mother a RUDE look as she handed my mother a business card. Me and my husband are BOTH military, visiting from out of state, don't know if that place is a franchise, or not do not even care, but the LESS than warm welcome we received I will NOT EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Highly HIGHLY suggest IF you're an out of towner OR MILITARY go to JUANA VAPE or SOME PLACE ELSE OTHER THAN GOOD LIFE. Worst service I've EVER received. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.
