LET ME START BY SAYING I LITERALLY DOWNLOADED AND MADE AN ACCOUNT ON YELP TO LEAVE A REVIEW Went to get a new slide for my water pipe, I wasn't exactly sure on the size and took a guess, ended up being the wrong size so I went back immediately after, come to meet a rude girl working the front that looked like she was half asleep, basically telling me I can't exchange a completely unused piece of glass, the one that I bought was more expensive and I literally just wanted to exchange the piece for the smaller one , they could of kept my money for the price difference I don't care, I liked the product I bought but it was the wrong size and they didn't care at all and basically told me to go f my self. I've run into other business that have been terrible like this before but, I've literally never been so disappointed with a business like I have with this pipe dreams. I didn't even have the Yelp app before I wrote this review but I specifically downloaded it to say this. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
