In the beginning, there was a younger woman working here. She made the whole experience awkward. Barely anything in stock, no lighting, usually the woman would be asleep in the back. That was years ago. I've seen the whole transformation. Now, however, there is a new shop keeper and I have to say, it's one of the best smoke shops I've been to. Huge selection and she actually takes requests. Any type of item you would like to see in the shop, it'll be there. She takes customer service to another level. Very friendly and sweet. She'll even give you a discount if you play your cards right. This is as of 2016, awesome experience and this new shop keeper deserves a much better reputation. Check it out. You won't have leave disappointed. Has practically everything thanks to the requests. Love it here.
