Established in 2015 We grew up in Austin, and have seen the city change and grow over the years. Our motto, Keep Austin Cloudy goes back to the old school Austin vibe, with a new spin for our Happy Clouds Smoke Shop. We love this city, and got tired of all the negative stories we heard of people's smoke shop experience- from the absurd pricing to the down right disrespectful customer service. We knew we could do a better job for our Austinites, and now we have Happy Clouds popping up all over Austin! The main things that sets Happy Clouds apart from other smoke shops is our unbeatable prices, customer service, selection, and atmosphere. I cannot tell you how many jaws have dropped when I give the price for one of our water pipes, vaporizers- even our scales and grinders are literally half the price as our competitors.
