Racist employees. Refused to give me my money back after car wash machine would not work. My card was accepted and it said approved on the machine. I talked to the employee and owner and showed them the charge on my account and they refused to give me a refund. The customer in front of me had the same experience but they refunded her. Very disrespectful and frustrating situation.
