This shop STEALS money and refuses to return it. Even if you provide your bank statement with their name on it, proving they took it. While paying at their store, their machine kept saying my card wasn't working. It worked at a few other stores earlier that day so I kept trying... It didn't work, so I paid cash and went home. Imagine my surprise when I receive my bank statement and TWELVE transactions from the Harrisburg Smoke Shop. So I go to the store and the guy remembers me. He says he remembers that I paid cash because my card didn't work. So I show them my bank statements, and they tell me it's not good enough so I physically sign into my bank account in front of them and show them and let them count the transactions. They agree they took it, but refuse to give it back. They tell me they won't help me, they won't give it back and I need to call my bank. I told them the bank didn't make a mistake, you did. They said they will not give me my money back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Clearly they have no problem stealing customers money. (Even customers that have been there weekly for the past year.) They are unprofessional, grimy and disrespectful. They could tell I was frustrated when I was leaving and all 3 of them gave me "haha! Too bad for you" big smiles as I was walking out.
