My son brought me here because I kicked the cigarette habit and was using Juul to help. Well, of course our government decided that Juul alone needed to be banned. I knew absolutely nothing besides popping the little Juul cartridge in and I was good to go. Sam helped me and was so nice, answered all my questions, was extremely patient in explaining how a different device worked. Sam even took the time to demonstrate how to fill my new device and how it worked. I didn't know what to expect going in, but I certainly was appreciative of the personalized service I received. Sam deserves a raise!
