i Received the worst customer service ever here. The gentleman that was working there and I use that term loosely was just the rudest. everytime I would stop in I would purchase $40-$50 in cigars and burn one there. This time I didn't buy any but smoked the one I've previously bought there. I asked for a glass of ice water and he asked if I was gonna buy something and he said I was loitering. And that I had to buy a cigar every time I walked in there. What a shame that he lost a customer and I will share this with everyone of my cigar smoking friends and family. He needs to to a class on customer service BADLY! everyone else there has been super pleasant. What a shame
