Went to Headz Up for some kratom. Cool little shop. All of the different strains were behind the counter, which is fine, however when I asked the owner for information about the different kinds, she had absolutely no clue about any of them. Definitely not top notch service. I even asked her, "Do you like working here?", and she more or less shrugged in verbal form. I ended up just picking one randomly. That being said, I have enjoyed the product. Prices definitely are not competitive with online retailers though, so I will be taking my business there.
