Every time I've visited this shop which is located nearby a job that I contract every few months I always get attitude. The individuals hired to clerk there are snobby dicks who immediately cop an attitude when confronted with their shop's many shortcomings. I tried to get metal pieces or pipes and each time I get few options and a condescending attitude(because the items are inexpensive?) God forbid you ask to get metal screens. They are always on back order. Frankly, I looked at the glassware they had and it was adequate but way overpriced. I would recommend going to World Peace Smoke Shop furter south on Espina on University. Their clerks are friendlier and they always seem to go out of their way to accommodate. One of them let me bring my doggie in even though she's not a service animal. I tried that at Herb N Legend and they gave me a song and dance about germs and COVID-19. They obviously don't hire college students. lol Don't waste your time or cheddar unless you like being talked down to and treated rudely while getting only NO answers to every inquiry or request.
