Established in 2009 Hideaway shops was established in 2004. We are a family owned business that opened April 20th 2004 in Minneapolis' Dinkytown neighborhood. We quickly became known for our fun and clean atmosphere that presented a comfortable shopping experience for customers. As word spread about Hideaway, it became know as the headshop to visit in all the Twin Cities. Our popularity grew even more due to our annual anniversary sale on April 20th and Black Friday sale the day after Thanksgiving. These two sales have reached legendary status since first launching. A few years later expanded to two more metro locations in Oakdale and Apple Valley. Then shortly after Hudson, Wisconsin! Today we are the destination shop that must be visited by all who love glass. Our family of stores offer a knowledgeable staff, low prices and a huge selection of smoking products.

This place is the absolute worst, you should drive the 30-40 minutes to a different smoke shop. The employees here don't know anything about the products they sell, the managers are completely useless. 90% of the time you're looking for something specific when you go to a smoke shop and they won't have it. Just straight up and then they aren't knowledgeable enough to help you find something else. Just cannot say enough bad things about hideaway and it's close so you keep coming back and getting disappointed again and again. All the hipsters will say smokedale sucks but you should honestly go there.
