I was recommended this store by a fellow user on reddit and I'll gladly recommend them to anyone who's looking for high quality affordable glass , I didn't get her name but the woman I spoke with on the phone was lovely and extremely helpful every step of the way , my card wasn't working to make the purchase online so I called her and she was able to check the warehouses inventory, come back to the store and input my card in person , pack and finally ship my order all in one day The piece I ordered was 144 after tax and I saw it on other sites for 180 before tax , not only did they have better service than the competition but better prices too and since it was over $100 I even got free two day shipping , well todays that second day and it arrived at my door carefully wrapped so that even if it dropped it wouldn't break and after opening my package I was blown away by the quality of the piece especially for the price I paid , it's American made artisan quality glass that far outshines any piece I've ever held let alone owned and on top of that it's super functional Idek how to finish this review except by saying if you're on the fence about doing business with the higher elevation don't be , I can promise you won't be disappointed
