Not sure about the bad reviews but I went there today looking for 18mg Salt nic juice and he actually had them! Guy behind the plexi was super nice and helpful!! Prices were great and this will be my go to if ever I'm in the hillcrest area. Parking is easy which is a godsend in hillcrest!
