If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought 3 vapes all of which were so obviously fake. We brought them back, along with an authentic vape for comparison, pointed out the obvious differences, only for them to jump straight to the defense claiming they ordered them straight from hyde. We took the vapes to a second reputable smoke shop to get a second opinion, only for them to agree with us. On top of that I had clearly stated I wanted the original rechargeable hyde. They gave me and charged me for the light up, which I not only do not like but once again did not want. They offered no compensation, not even a trade out for what I ordered despite the fact I had already paid more than the price should have been. This is despite my friends and I being repeated customers, purchased multiple vapes, multiple pieces, and loyal customers since opening day. Horrible customer service, fake products, no loyalty. Do not recommend.
