Purchased a 400$ puffco from this location. After letting it charged realized the puffco was defective. Called them to notify them and they told me to bring it in. Once I brought it in the told me To go through the warranty. After going to the website I realized they sold me a 200$ puffco for 400$. I understand they need to make some money but a 100% mark up is a bit outrageous. So once I tried to file the warranty apparently the warranty is invalid because they are not a preferred vendor. While asking for my money back they tried to get me to go to a different location to pick up another one on a whim that it works. While asking for a refund they continued to deny it. Horrible business attitude. Owner got in contact with me and told me basically to kick rocks. Now I'm not one for writing reviews when I don't get my way but how I was treated is a whole different story.
