It's been less than 24 hours after purchasing a device from this store. An unopened new Vape kit, and the device is already having issues!! I came back to the store because one, I was NOT given a receipt and two to address the device issue. Opened the device and it's not reading any batteries unless plugged into the charger and even then it cuts off after entering the passcode. They wanted to try their in store batteries and it wasn't reading those either so after stating that I wanted assistance with a BRAND NEW device, I'm told that they CAN'T help me! WTH!! I have to go through Smok which could take God knows how long. If you're selling products then you should be helpful to your customers, which is why you have business anyways! These devices cost much for you to sell DEFECTIVE products only to tell your customers oh, we can't help you! I could see if I bright it back a week but LESS THAN 24 hours and you don't want to do ANYTHING? I can't recommend this store to anyone. Buyer be warned!
