Established in 1996 Founded in 1996 at the height of the cigar boom, the Huntington Humidor was created out of necessity to provide the 'Gold Coast' of Long Island with a friendly and inviting cigar lounge in the heart of Huntington Village. The store has exchanged ownership several times, and has undergone several major renovations in the last few years. We have built a shop which stocks for every discerning palate, offering great everyday 'value' brands for the daily smoker as well as higher end, boutique brands for the special occasion puffer. What makes us unique is that we actively look for and stock, one off, rare, and even limited production 'unicorn' cigars for even the most avid of collectors. The Huntington Humidor is owner operated, staffs a passionate group of like-minded individuals, and actively seeks to create the best cigar shop and lounge on Long Island.

I was having lunch with my niece and discovered Huntington Humidor while walking thru town. It's early and I see a gentleman unpacking cigar boxes. I introduce myself and tell him I'm looking for a specialty Cigar from Huntington Humidor. I see AVOs, I can get them at Total Wine. Show me the speciality brands! I'm told Huntington Humidor is the exclusive vendor for Traficante cigars. James recommend the Traficante El Patron. I have to say, that was a damn good cigar. A medium to full bodied cigar with the perfect flavor. Even the construction was on point, the cigar had a nice burn. I came back the following week, after lunch I wanted to chill on one of those leather chairs and smoke a stick. I chose my go to AVO, lit up and kicked back while James was talking to the other smokers. Nice friendly cigar spot with some good peeps. The sticks were a little pricey but that's the cost of a quality cigar. You wanna play then you gotta pay! I'll be back for more of those Traficante cigars.
