6 minutes ago NEW Right now I am giving 1 star for product quality. Bought a Geekvape mod about 3 weeks ago. Out of the 2 weeks it was in my possession. I got to use it maybe 3 days. The tank leaked like a strainer. Took it in and the employee confirmed the tank was bad. But I guess the employees have no control over exchanges or refunds. I left it there and was told the OWNER would call me the following Monday. NO CALL. It is now another week later and I went back in. Same employee but he said the OWNER had not been in. Still waiting resolution on this. PS I have now heard from what I assume is the owner. After a few messages back and forth I get this. This is based on this review as it stood at the time. I do not think the review is bad I think the store is a good store just did not like the one product they carried. And the response time from the owner.
